Refund & Cancellation Policy
When a reserved stake is returned.
1. Unmatched Battles
If nobody accepts your battle, or you cancel before someone accepts, the reserved stake is returned to your available balance.
2. Room Setup Timeouts
If the room creator does not post a valid Ludo King room code within 5 minutes, the match is void and both stakes are returned in full.
3. Disconnection and Server Outages
If referees confirm that Ludo King itself was down, the battle is void and both stakes are returned.
